Manage Expectations

1.  Money
People expect money right away.  It takes time like farming.  You plant seeds that grow.  You don’t eat from seeds never planted.  Sowing comes before reaping.  Working and earning right away is an employee mindset.  ”Are you rich yet?”  ”I just got started.”  This is a process so maintain your posture.

2.  In your list, not everyone is an “ace”.  You imagine expectations from your list.  Going to meetings is important.  Sort the deck to find an ace.  People get started now or get started later.  Keep in communication.

3.  People quit.  People sign up and no longer return calls.   People don’t work the business and are too embarrassed to talk about it.
Never burn your bridges.
Connect and help people even if they don’t join your business.
