Recruiting is the key.  Fortune 500 companies recruit, NCAA sports teams, small businesses, professional sports teams, religious organizations, government and social media all recruit.

Winston Churchill once said, “you ask, what is our aim?”  I answer victory! Victory at all costs.  Victory in spite of all terror.  Victory however long and hard the road may be for without victory there is no survival.

Week Activity with no skills.  A person may close a 1 out 10 ratio.  If you do 100 exposures you will get 10 new agents with 50 BV and you will make $75.

Week activity with skills.  If you close 1/2 you will have 50 new agents out of 100 exposures.  You will make $3750 a week.

Pete Best was the orginal drummer of the Beatles who quit before he went on tour after getting advice from his friend.  Ringo Starr took his place.

In the original Microsoft team, one person quit.

Look at everyone as they have “help me” on their forehead.  You dont want people to miss out.

Talk to everyone within 3 feet.

Be 100% Confident! Everyone will be afraid not to join you.

Recruiting Mindset
Some will, some won’t, some wait, so what, someone’s waiting so who’s next!

Speed and exposure – Whoever has the most urgency will win.

Now is the time.  If you dont recruit them someone else will.

Secret to Success
Talk to more people.
You can say the right thing to the wrong person and you can’t say the wrong thing to the right person.

Let’s say you are flipping over cards and looking for Ace.  If it’s not an ace, you would just keep flipping.  If they don’t like what you say, just go talk to more people.  Stop caring about what other people think because this is your life and not theirs.

Ignorance on fire beats intelligence on ice.  People will be more impressed with your height of enthusiasm then your depth of your knowledge.  You will scare 1 out 10 by being too excited, but you will scare 9 out of ten by not being excited enough.

Excitement is caught and not taught.

Whoever tells the most story’s makes the most money.  Tho are the three story’s you want to learn how to tell? Tell you upline’s story until you create your own story.  You tell this story over and over to help your success team develop their story.  You tell the success team’s story over and over and over so everyone say’s I want to be next.

Six Proven reasons why you want to use scripts and roleplaying.
1. Everything successful isscripted.  Movies, shows, commercials, songs and even McDonalds use scripts
2. Scripts give new agents confidence and a road map to follow.
3.  Role play 10 times with your new agents.  How you do anything is how you do everything.
4.  Scripts savesnew agents from “fire hosing” their closest friends.
5.  Practice perfection but when inviting people add your normal language. Don’t talk like  a robot.
6. It takes all the pressure off and guess work out for your new agents to figure out what to say.

You can start with a 1 on 1 interview and then move on the a conference call and spa party and take them to Seacret University.

Realize today that you want to do something great and special.  Don’t look back and say you didn’t accomplish something great or special.  This is it.  This is my time.

Commitment is doing what you said you were going to do long after that mood when you said that leaves you.
